The beautiful rooms, delicious food, and stunning views made it truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The wifi worked well and the jacuzzi and sauna were a lovely addition. I couldn't recommend this place enough. A perfect getaway.

The hotel is friendly, with spacious rooms and spectacular views of Mont Blanc. The staff are extremely helpful and the ambiance is excellent. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with lots of cozy lounges.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the excellent food and extensive wine selection offered at the hotel. The breakfast included delicious scrambled eggs and the evening menu was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the mountains from the balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and access to the showers in the spa after a day of skiing.

While the beds were fine for most people, they were a bit too hard for my liking and caused some discomfort due to my back issue. some basic French language skills would have been helpful as the hotel and surrounding area catered more to French-speaking guests.

The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind and enjoy a few drinks after a day of exploring. The leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness center, sauna, and swimming pool, provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. The jacuzzi and massage services were an added bonus, leaving us feeling pampered and refreshed. The sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool were a great addition, allowing us to soak up the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the fresh air. The garden area and spa center added to the overall serenity and tranquility of this place. The Wi-Fi and on-site car park made our stay even more convenient, allowing us to stay connected and explore the area with ease.

This hotel offers a warm and cosy atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. The location is great, with easy access to the ski lifts and close to town. The views of the mountains are breathtaking, and the spa pool is perfect after a long day on the slopes. It was a great touch to have a Christmas dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

Great location to enjoy Christmas in the mountains, close to skiing slopes and other winter activities. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Loved the festive themed decor in the communal areas and the live music during the evenings.

Service at the restaurant and bar was very slow and disorganized. We had to wait over an hour for our main course on Christmas Day, which ruined the festive atmosphere.

In terms of location, we found this city was conveniently situated between several notable towns. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

You won't find a bad location here, as it's just a hop away from the shuttle that gets you to the ski station, plus close to the Mont D'Arbois ski lift. Get access to the heavy slopes of the massive area. Enjoy comfortable rooms with cozy bathrooms, while relishing the top-class service of the friendly staff. The delicious breakfast and astonishing landscape views are quite unforgettable. the fantastic facilities including the hot tub and pool, are features to check out.

While the hotel provides excellent service and a comfortable stay, some guests may find the price on the higher side.

Everything was fantastic.

The room had cozy mountain cabin vibes with warm wood features and great views. The restaurant offered panoramic views of the Alps, particularly Mont-Blanc. The food quality was good and the service was friendly and attentive. Checking out the deck for hot cocoa with a view of Mont Blanc is a must-do. The staff ensured a safe and comfortable stay, and the facilities such as the pool, hot tub, and sauna were perfect. Planning to return with family.
